繰り返しの思考を断ち切る方法
以下の方法で、思考のループを断ち切ることができます:

呼吸に集中する
深呼吸をしてゆっくりと息を整えることで、繰り返し思考を落ち着かせます。

タスクの優先順位を付ける
やるべきことをリストアップし、優先順位の高いものから少しずつ取り組むことで、圧倒される感覚を軽減します。

視点を変える

気分転換をする
散歩に出かける、自然に触れる、温かいお茶を飲む、好きな本を読む、コメディ動画を見るなど、心を和ませる活動をすることで、繰り返し思考をリセットします。

直感に従う時間を作る
難しい決断を迫られたときは、一旦休憩して別のことをすることで直感が働きやすくなります。

助けを求める
必要に応じて信頼できる友人やカウンセラーに相談しましょう。話すだけで心が軽くなることがあります。

受容のエネルギーに焦点を当てる
変えられないことは受け入れることで、新たな視点を得ることができます。

目標を紙に書く

Here are the spirit messages to support with this month’s blessing:

Today’s oracle message is about pausing the mind loops – noticing repetitive thoughts and having protocols to shift focus.

The holidays are meant to be a time of joy. However, life has a way of bringing unexpected misfortune, lack of alignment, overwhelm or sadness due to loss or separation during holidays, unpleasant holiday memories or unresolved death or family conflict. This can bring about a sense of grief, sadness, hurt, overwhelm, depression or agitation that seems magnified during the holiday season.

Today’s message is about encouraging each participant to notice whatever repetitive thoughts or feelings surface during the holidays. And to be mindful to break any patterns that leave one feeling powerless or stuck.

Some helpful ways to break repetitive thoughts as they may arise include any of the following:

Take a moment to slow down breathing and concentrate on the breath – this will slow down repetitive thoughts.

Make a list of things to do and place the priorities at the top – accomplish things in bite size chunks to reduce overwhelm.

Shift beliefs and perspectives if becoming triggered, so that emotions don’t remain blocked. For example, if a family member is being annoying. Instead of ruminating on their annoying behavior. One can choose to be thankful they have the awareness to see that this person may need a silent prayer or blessings to move out of this annoying state. By providing a prayer or blessing for that person or the situation, this invites healing and raises the vibration for both parties.

If ruminating on negative thoughts. Reset the energy by doing something you love like going for a walk, go out into nature, have a cup of tea, watch a comedy on you tube, pick up a good book, take a bubble bath or shower, or do something kind for someone. This pauses the repetitive mental mind loops and brings uplift.

If faced with a difficult decision, take a break as needed and go do something else. This will allow your intuition to naturally kick in and give space to allow the answer to more easily come to you.

Seek help when needed. This Lightwave ceremony will bring energetic support for the holidays. However, reach out to a trusted friend or counselor if the weight of the holidays has you turning in despair. Sometimes it’s just talking about our feelings that helps the weight lift off our shoulders.

Focus on the energy of acceptance. Things that one cannot change can be shifted through the energy of acceptance.

If having thoughts about things that you may wish to anchor into reality. Write them down on paper so that you can get clearer about how you wish to bring them about. This will inspire further ideas and allow clarity to spring forth.

Support others if you notice they are getting stuck in mental mind loops or depression during the holidays and share any of these ideas with them.

Meditation also helps to bring calm and clear the mind. If it seems there is no time to meditate. Consider meditating right before going to sleep or upon waking up for ten or fifteen minutes. By clearing the mind through silence and meditation, this can bring uplift, clarity, ease and relaxations to support the holiday season.

It was noticed that the solar plexus chakra and throat chakra wanted extra assistance today for group members. So I brought in the blue ray to support the throat chakra and golden ray to support the solar plexus or power center today for each participant of this blessing. 

The group Lightwave activation today will support all participants in integrating more peace, calm, and serenity for the holiday season and bring in the virtues of relaxation, confidence, ease, acceptance, flexibility, ability to stretch finances, cooperation, balance, joy and expansion moving forward.

Be open to allowing the light wave frequencies to integrate for your highest benefit over the next several days and weeks to support for the holidays and bring in more joy and expansion.
